1. Entertainment ‘Having a VW Photo Booth Bus was a DREAM come true at our wedding! I had researched a lot of different photo booth options looking for the perfect one, and the Little Photo Bus was above and beyond our expectations!’ Our brides say. ‘Every single detail was perfect - from the set up outside the bus to the photo strips and props. Everyone LOVED it - it was a highlight of our special day! And so much fun to have these photos to keep forever. Thank you so much for bringing so much joy to our special day!’ We hear this time and time again from our brides. 2. Great for All Ages When you get great-grandma and Aunt Betty plus all and great-grandchildren in the bus booth, faces light up, laughter is constant, and or cross-generational lines blur. We all want the same thing. Laughter. Smiles. Fun. Our booth is the perfect ice breaker for the tough nuts that are hard to crack. 3. Nostalgia Remember the days when you’d grab your friends at the mall, and you’d all pile in the photo booth, plug in a few dollars, close the curtain and get all goofy? Well, those days are back with an even more stylish experience, with the same objective. Add some props, and you make memorable moments with your friends! I bet you still have some of those photo booth strips in the memories box. You know you do. 4. Talking point Want your wedding to have something a little bit different? Well, a photo booth from Little Photo Bus will have your guests raving for weeks to come. Not only do we offer a kick-butt experience for guests, but we also style our bus to fit with the vibe of your event. Planning a boho wedding, or maybe a surfer theme or your plan is for a wedding tucked in the backwoods surrounded with trees? We got you covered with our stylish photo bus. We love creating an experience your guests will remember for years to come. 5. Fabulous favors Why give a succulent planted in the dirt when you could have a fun photo from the day that guests can look back on for years to come? We have an on-staff graphic designer who creates beautiful graphics for your prints. We know the importance of getting design right the first time. Plants die, but the memory created in the simple photo strip is timeless. 6. High-quality results The best photo booths offer the highest quality pictures, and our booth is no exception. We spare no expense with the latest professional studio equipment, DSLR cameras, professional lighting, sublime printers, and we take prints seriously, so you only get the highest quality prints. With clarity and crispness, you won’t get from other photo booths. 7. Share the love Not only will your guests receive a copy of the fun photographs on the night, but we will also upload all your pictures to your very own gallery album on our website! The fun continues for weeks after the big day as friends and family tag, comment on their pictures. 8. Beautiful Engraved Guestbook Ninety percent of our brides purchase our beautifully engraved guest book. We do all the work to ensure guests are leaving behind prints and messages. Time and time again here at Little Photo Bus, we are told how happy brides and grooms are with this part of our service. It’s a new twist on the traditional guest books and one that you will want to look at again and again. Though you might not even realize we’re doing this, you will be glad your booth attendant took the time to make sure everyone adds a snap to your guest book while leaving a message around the photographs. On this incredible journey of making people happy, once in a while, an opportunity crosses our path, and we knew we had to participate. Hannah from www.hannahsmithdesigns.com asked us if we'd be interested in a styled shoot with the bus. Huh? That took me only 5 seconds to say YES!! Hannah is a fantastic photographer, so to be able to work with her was a dream come true! Hannah came to many vendors with a vision for the shoot and us. Her idea was to create an Elopement Style with an edge of boho/desert vibe. Her other Vision? To get this shoot published! We've waited eight long months to be able to share with the world that Hannah's photos and all the fantastic vendors that made it happen, will be featured in the Winter Edition of the www.wedventuremag.com edition!!! WHAT?!?! We've made it!! We all made it!! So stinkin' excited for this to hit the newsstands at the end of this month. we were blessed to work with Hannah and the amazing wedding vendors that made it happen. Patina Events (www.patinaevents.com) offered up amazing boho styled rugs, stunning velvet sofa, handmade macrame hangings, and authentic vintage wicker chairs. Hannah chose the Non-traditional black dress from www.shein.com, and our Groom model wore slacks and suspenders from www.tuxedogallery.com. These two killed it with their stunning style and that love between them. Oh, yea. At the time of the photoshoot, they were dating (this shoot was back in June of 2019). Recently, they got engaged! Congratulations to both Sean and Nicole. Perhaps we had a little foreshadowing going on! Nicole, our bride, is naturally beautiful, but add hairstyling by Selah with Hair by Selah and makeup by Jordi Renee and were the perfect combination of style and beauty that pulled off this shoot. When we have amazing vendors contribute cake, cupcakes or macaroons, we get to try them out! These macaroons by Whoops in Couer d'Alene (find them here at www.bywhoops.com) are incredible and so light! The best macaroon I've tasted. You know it takes some skill to create a macaroon? If no one were looking, I would have taken one in each flavor! Are you looking for a florist? Erin from www.flowersandmorebyerin.com is your girl. She has a fantastic eye for unique and trending bouquets, and have you ever seen an arbor styled by her? I only have three words....Drop. Dead. Gorgeous. Erin is the flower whisper...contact her now for your flower needs! You want her to design for you. Images by Hannah Smith Designs
In the next fews weeks, Little Photo Bus Photo Booth will be starting wedding show tours. It is a fabulous time for the Little Photo Bus to show the world our Awesomeness, and how the our photo booth business captures the fun moments that couples, and their guests, cherish for a lifetime. For us, it is such a fun time to meet the newly engaged couples, and share in their love stories. How did you meet? How did he propose, or did she? Where is the wedding? You know, all those questions that you begin to answer as a talk track, including cued giggles and timely 'ahhhs'. If you have been to a wedding showcase before, you know there is an overwhelming array of choices to consider; Wedding Planners, Venue Options, Caterers, Photographer, DJ's, and most importantly, Photo Booths (especially Our Bus!). This planning stage is suppose to be one of the many moments of fun and celebration. So be sure to do that! To help you make the most out of the time of celebration, here are some awesome tips: Prior To the Show: Tip #1. Plan out your Bridal Showcase Visit. Prior to your arrival, create a list of the needs you want to fill first, especially if you are sticking to a tight budget. Many of the bridal shows will have a list of vendors that will be part of their showcase on their website prior to the event. Check out the websites to start this pre-planning. By doing this pre-homework, you can maximize your time, ask the questions in person, and take advantage of show specials. Most of the Bridal Shows have Wedding Fashion Shows. Be sure to plan your visit to include and make time for these showtimes. Tip #2. Have your Contact Labels Ready to Go! Most Bridal Show Vendors have great show specials and 'give-aways'. Having pre-printed Avery Labels can become your best partner at a Bridal Show. Be sure to include on your label your name, mailing address, phone number, email, venue (if chosen) and most importantly, your wedding date, you can save yourself SO much time! Now, if you are a bridesmaid, or in the wedding party, preparing this for the upcoming bride/groom is like the most awesome gift ever! 😇 Tip #3. Create an Email Address. Instead of using your daily email address, consider using a 'couple' email address. Get creative and have fun with it, and be sure to check your email often! This may also be a great time to consider your couple's #Hashtag! At the Show Tips. Tip #4. Bring your Entourage, and Get Ready to Celebrate! You Are Getting Married!! Whoop! Whoop! So bring all your besties, mom and dad, and all the in-laws and make it a party. Believe me, everyone wants to celebrate you! Plus, why not, there will be cake!... Be Prepared to Eat!! This is one of my favorite parts of a show too! Trying out different caters, and for me, cake artists, is so much fun! Food allergies can still be a problem for some of us, so if you have allergies, you may want to bring something of your own to munch on. Caterers will definitely accommodate your allergies for your event, but because of tastings for the masses, not many allergy issues are accommodated at the shows. Last thing about food/drink, bring your own water!! The bottled water at these shows is SO expensive. Seriously, it crazy, so come prepared to quench your thirst from home. And be prepared to have your picture taken!! Especially at the Little Photo Bus! Photo Booth companies want you to experience their service. At LPB, we take great pride in always giving the most realistic experience to our vibe, even at a show. Tip #4. Visit Anytime, but Later Arrivals get More Attention. Of course, come whenever you can to a Bridal Show, but did you realize the later afternoon visits give you the most attention? By still giving yourself plenty of time to see everything you want and need to, late arrivals to a wedding show generally have the place to themselves. Morning time arrivals are packed. We vendors love it, but it does take away the one-on-one time with you that we also truly love. Arriving 2-3 hours prior to closing time is a great option for having meaningful conversation time, while still capturing the fashion show showtimes. Tip #5. Mark Down Your Favorite Vendors! You are going to discover a lot of information, and believe me, you'll want remember all the things you loved, but may forget once a few days go by. Write notes on business cards and store it in a special place to reflect on later. (💡 Times have changed in the past several years with technology, but I kept all my information in a little notebook which today is like a little scrapbook of all my wedding planning.) Tip #6. Look for Discount Coupons for the Show. Many times, the showcase website will offer discount tickets, or show vendors will have some to share. The biggest take away, is relax and enjoy the process. It's only going to last a short time, and the day of your wedding It will all be worth it! ❤️ LPB |
